math answers from banannalyn

discount is what you save and sale price is the amount u pay.

you calculate discount like this... lets say you're buying a couch for 400 dollars and theres a SALE u get to save 20%. to calculate how much you save u just multiply $400.00 x .2 = $80 so you save 80 dollars on buying your couch.

u calculate sale price by subtracting $400.00 by $80.00 400.00-80.00 = 320 .. so the amount you pay is 320 dollars but that's not including tax .. i'll do that next time :P

50% of 70 is 35 bcause u juss divide by two

first you have to find 25% of 80 which is 20. Then you subtract 35 by 25 which equals to 10 .. now u need to find 10% of 80 and thats 8 .. then you add 20 and 8 and that gets u to 28. So in that case that means that 35% of 80 is 28 0o0o0o im good (: lol
